Actually, I'm so not a big pie baker. But today at school we have baked several cakes and they are really all gone mad. One or the other I will bake determined soon.

cake is an orange cream cake, smoothed by our teacher, and I had to prepare the same cake, then you see my cake "as the final result.
The recipe is from the Bavarian cookbook:
